This document outlines the Failure Analysis / RMA procedure for North American clients.1) If a ticket hasn't already been submitted, please submit one HERE
2) Fill out the NA-RMA-REQUEST-FORM, (please include the ticket number).
3) Once approved the units will need to be shipped to Hong Kong's RMA dept (address below). Please do not ship the units to Hong Kong until the RMA has been approved, and you have an RMA number.
